Skill Struck empowers educators and schools to offer Computer Science Education at every grade level. We make coding engaging and accessible to all student demographics, especially under-represented groups in tech. Our team is growing rapidly as we expand nation-wide, and we are looking for passion-driven individuals to join. 

We are looking for a VP of Sales to take our sales efforts to the next level. Compensation will consist of Base Salary, Commission, and Equity. 

Job Description: 

  • Oversee our currrent sales force and work closely with each rep to achieve established goals. 
  • Work closely with the CEO to strategize sales goals and initiatives.
  • Create a solid foundation for our sales team to reach 20+ individuals within 12 months.
  • Recruit top talent. 
  • Train new reps and perfect training processes. 


  • Strong desire to make an impact in the lives of students across the world. 
  • Proven experience in the K-12 education market.
  • Track record of hitting quota, and managing teams who hit quota. 
  • Strong leadership qualities and capabilites. 
  • Effective teacher and communicator. 
  • Growth mindset and willing to adapt in a fast-paced start-up. 
  • Problem-solver.
